Why important during pregnancy ?

for my experience, maintaining a good mood during the pregnancy is very important.
whatever problem you face, just forget it. take it easy, friends. everything will be ok.

Then, protein, iron and calcium are very important minerals for baby grows. So, eat more bean, vegetables, nut and drink more milk, soya bean..( sorry, I am not recomment meat, because I am almost 90% vegetarian).

At Last,why have to maintain 12kg to 15kg. The baby weight is aroung 3-4 kg plus others whatever .. only 5kg to 7 kg. The rest is your body weight. So, if you eat too much, your weight increase so high. is very dangerous for you during delivery and also very hard to slim after giving birth.
